I already own 2 Miracase phone holders and use them on both drivers and passenger side in my car. I purchased them in 2020. We use them every day. Best cell phone holder ever! Miracase is so good that when they came out with a new model (this upgraded holder) I purchased one for my husband's car. It is easy and intuitive to put together and install- clips easily to the horizontal air vents. One new feature that I really like is the fixed bottom 'feet' that the phone sits on doesn't accidentally move to one side or the other. It has a 'lock open' feature so it's easy to lay the phone into the holder, and then it snaps closed around my phone as it presses against a button behind the phone. Previous experience with Miracase leads me to expect it to be sturdy and long-lasting. Quality product and very helpful and respectful correspondence with the owners. UPDATE: A year after purchasing this phone holder, the clip that holds onto the car vent broke and would no longer hold tightly. I reached out to customer service and they responded within hours with a very friendly reply, asking for details and pics. After sending them a picture and a short video of the problem, they immediately responded with a confirmation that they would be happy to send me a replacement part. They did and it works perfectly. I am so happy with this company and their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They epitomize care for their customer and standing behind their product.

I’ve tried at least 2 other cell phone holders (other brands) for the car. The first one was a cup holder type mount which was just okay, but I give that one low marks because it took away from my already limited cup holder space and also the base was flimsily light and thus it was too top heavy and I had to continually adjust it to keep it seated. I ended up giving it away. The second was one was a vent-mounted type holder, which was better, but not very secure, if I hit a bump or pothole or something both phone and holder would fall off the dash and onto the floor. Also, that one was a tension-style grip which kept breaking the rhinestones off the sides of my jeweled phone case. Nope. When I saw the video for the Miracase vent-mount phone holder, I really liked what I saw, so I ordered one. Amazon offered me a lightening deal and delivered it the same day. (Bonus points!) Once I opened the package, I was truly delighted, not only with the beautiful product, but the with the beautiful packaging as well! Thank you note included along with lifetime guarantee! Nice touch!! The mount assembled easily and quickly and I installed it in my car right away. Tried it out- works like a dream! No damage to my bejeweled phone case, either! I have used many different phone car holders over the years. My car is almost 9 yrs old so you know I’ve always needed one. I admit to being directionally challenged, so a GPS is necessary for me. Finally I found one that fits well, installs easily and stays put! It does not slide off the window or dashboard when it gets too hot in the FL sun and then my phone winds up on the passenger side floor! I expect this to be the last one I need to buy.

Updated Review: Customer Service contacted me and sent a smaller version of this holder. They were super kind and understanding. New holder doesn't extend as far into the driver area, but is sturdy and solid to hold the phone. Love that it adjusts to any size phone and the bottom is supported. Once I figured out how to get it to securely mount to my vent - read the instructions well - it is great value and I think will last me a really long time. Amazon wouldn't upload my photos. This product is definitely not universal nor is it suitable for small to mid-size cars. It sticks out from the dash so far it gets in the way. The "never fall off" vent clip requires pliers to pull it out and it does not latch easily to the vent and the clip to suction to the vent flap also doesn't grip well. After trying multiple ways to get it to latch, I attempted to modify the "never fall off" clip thinking that just the grip on the vent flap would be strong enough to hold, but it doesn't clamp down and just proceeded to fall off. I had high hopes for this phone holder as a friend has one, but it's really only suited for big trucks with bigger vents and lots of space near the driver console.

It was ok for what it was, did its job... Was hoping this would last more than 2 years 3 months, so was disappointed. the ball that held the phone facing up was starting to go (would get loose and the phone would tilt downwards) but then i asked my husband to take my phone out of the car, and the next time I got in the car the squeeze mechanism got stuck in the open position so I couldn't secure my phone in there, and when i went to fix it the whole thing snapped off of the part that hooks it onto the air vent. I'm wondering if it was affected by the heat after all that time, like if any of the parts melted? it didn't look like it but I wouldn't be surprised. it wasn't super hot that day, it just happened and it is cooling down here (~80 deg farenheit). I also didn't love that it blocked the AC coming from the one vent it was clipped onto, but it did what it needed to do, hold my phone up so I could see it for the map while I was driving, for 2+ years. I might look for a different kind moving forward in case I run into the same issues. but it was fine while it was working.

Llegó rápido y en buen estado. Llevo mucho tiempo probándolo ya y estoy contento con el uso. Se adapta acopla bien a las rejillas de ventilación de mi coche (tengo un Renault Megane 3) y ahí queda firme, no se mueve con el traqueteo en la conducción, y es fácil de poner y quitar. Estoy contento con la compra y lo recomiendo.

Perfetto per le mie esigenze. Volevo un porta telefono da auto che si legasse alle bocchette e che portasse il telefono un pò lontano da queste. L'apparecchio è robusto, solido, ben curato nei dettagli, elegante e consente di spostare il telefono su e giù (garantendo un adattamento che molti non consentono. In tanti altri devi scegliere l'altezza che preferisci, ma potrebbe essere quella che fa pressare le ganasce di chiusura con i pulsanti volume o spegnimento. In questo c'è la possibilità di regolare l'altezza). Ovviamente si può regolare la rotazione della base che tiene il telefono. Lo consiglio vivamente!

After using it daily for a month, it is very secure, and very convenient. It holds up very strong and never drops my phone. You can also operate it with just one hand. The only downside is when temperature drops below 0 degrees, the mechanic moves a bit slow, not as smooth as it normally do, but you can still use just one hand to squeeze it tight.
