These have been a game changer! I am pregnant and the further along I get, the worse the heartburn is! These TUMS have been a life saver for me, they go to work quickly and you can feel the nearly instant relief which is great when it feels like you are burning from the inside out. I've tried all the chalky varieties which feel like a lose-lose when you're gagging to get them down. These chewy varieties are pleasantly flavored, sweet, and go straight to work, I don't leave the house without them and sleep with them at bedside. We've come a long way!

If you have occasional heartburn, it works almost instantly. Tastes good. May not be as effective as Prilosec for some people but does the job for me.

These work quickly for heartburn and taste much better than chalky tablets. Easy to chew and convenient to keep on hand. Pros: fast relief, good taste, easy to chew Cons: berries flavor may be sweet for some Bottom line: A more pleasant way to manage heartburn.

I tend to get heart burn a lot and the chewy bites are hands down the best! The texture is great as your mouth doesn’t feel all chalky. And to me it seems like the chewy ones are much quicker at helping smooth the burn.

These are great so much nicer than the normal antacids as they taste like skittles and with a very minimal chalky taste , but more expensive than other brands but worth it and they are very effective

Really help me with indigestion and bloating after a meal not to be used daily but good for occasional issues

I searched high and low for an antacid that didn’t have sweetener in them. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to exist. I have a severe intolerance to sweeteners in all forms, including the so-called ‘natural’ ones, eg stevia and sucrose. A small exposure results in debilitating migraines and cluster headaches that continue for weeks (and I know other people with similar reactions). However, I was really suffering with acid reflux as part of a gastric bug and the risk of a migraine was outweighed by the illness. So I took a risk with these as they only had sucrose as a much lesser ingredient compared to a lot of other products, particularly the liquids recommended by my GP, which all appear to contain aspartame (the worst of all the sweeteners). On the upside: these taste really good. So good, it’s hard not to want to just eat them like sweets. They also work really well. Relief is immediate. I used them for 5 days, tapering down how many on days 4 & 5 as my symptoms lessened. The downside: relatively expensive and not something I could afford on and ongoing basis. I did end up having a migraine followed by cluster headaches that persisted for a couple of weeks, interfering with my daily life. These already have real sugar in them - if the recipe changed to all sugar and no sucrose, then these would be a 5* product, despite the price.

These are great if like me you can't stand the taste of chalky alternatives. I also think they work. Pricey but worth it.
