Ordered this to watch movies on our older projector. I have an IPhone 11 and this isn’t recognized by the phone. I plugged in the usb-lightning adapter to it before I plugged in the phone and….nothing. I unplugged everything from the unit itself and plugged it into the phone and it started to charge and then stopped 10 seconds later and I could not get it to work again. I never anything on the projector. Returned

I have one for my android and my blushing bride of 49 years has one for her apple iPhone so we can use hotel TV's for Netflix amazon, roku for our kdramas.

Can’t transfer any streaming apps into my monitor. I’m better off getting a smart monitor and casting it via wifi

Great Product

I received this adapter, excited to have a new one as the one I have is old and the charge part doesn’t really work anymore. I opened the package and the box looked pretty legit. When I opened the box it looked like pieces were missing, but whatever. I mean I only wanted the adapter. I unplug my phone from my old adapter and take out the HDMI cord. Get the new one set up and plug it into my phone. Nothing. Clean the port of my phone and try again, nothing. The part that plugs into my phone was also like permanently twisted (?) like it sits sideways if not plugged into my phone. Do not waste your money!

Good for the price
