Good faucet but has flaws
The media could not be loaded. The faucet is pretty and I like it. It mostly works well. The biggest issue I had with it is that the water hoses are pretty short. Only around 20 inches and I needed hoses that were 24 inches to reach the faucet on my vanity, which sucked because I had to order new ones. Second issue I have with it is that the sensor is kinda wonky and a lot of the time it doesn’t sense my hands when they’re under the faucet so I have to have them closer, and then water gets everywhere. But all in all it’s a good faucet, I like it a lot.

Surprisingly good quality
The media could not be loaded. I'm very pleased with this faucet...at least so far. It's heavy, nicely machined and chromed, and the included hoses and fittings are well made. No leaks! While others have pointed out that the two fittings in the base keep the faucet from being centered, a Dremel tool applied to the (non-included) deck plate takes care of this.I also drilled a hole in the deck plate and rotated the sink drain stopper mechanism to transfer that feature from the old faucet.Batteries are easy to change. If they don't last long, I'll drill a hole in the base of the faucet and power it from the 6V DC that I have under the sink. Two things that I try to minimize are setting clocks and changing batteries. Technology is helping the former, but not the later.Using a 3D printer, I made a sleeve that does three things:1. Lets the proximity sensor work as normal2. Blocks it so that water won't run when you don't want it to3. Fools the sensor into thinking that a hand is in front of it so that you can fill the basin or get the hot water to get hot without having to hold your hand in front of the sensor. The included video shows these features in action.

Update...love it & it works great
Update. We were wrong about the water lines. Reducing fittings included in box made the lines correct size. Now installed & we love it. If you are covering a 3-hole sink, do not use base plate they recommend. It is not wide enough. Get one at least 2.5" wide. We found one on Amazon a lot less expensive than local hardware store.

Very good
I set up a touch-free bathroom. With touch-free soap dispenser, motion activated light switch, touch-free faucet, and disposable paper towels. I got this item because most touch-free faucets costs a lot more money. I got the polished chrome version and like this overall. I did have a few issues:(1) Like the other review said in the pictures, the way it installs in a standard hole with the two hoses on the sides, it is impossible to have it perfectly centered. It is shifted a bit over to the right.(2) The o-ring on the bottom doesn't work well, and you have to be careful to line it up and tighten it down without pinching the o-ring and having the faucet tilted to one side. Also, not sure about how water resistant it is, due to the poor o-ring line up. In addition to the o-ring, I would suggest running a bead of stain-free Plumber's Putty around the hole, to insure a leak free seal. Otherwise, water pooling up on the sink-top surface may find a way under there and drip into the cabinet below.(3) I think the little lever is great for those who know it is to adjust the hot/cold. But for guests that aren't familiar with it being a touch-free faucet, they think that little lever is to turn on the water and start moving it around trying to turn on the water. I wish that lever was a little more hidden or in the back or something, so people wouldn't play around with it.(4) Wish the battery compartment also had an o-ring. The battery compartment lid is just a screw on, and if lots of water was splashed around could find its way into the battery compartment.
