This is a good battery at a great price. I always have a spare battery charged up so I won't get caught with a dead one and this one fits the bill perfectly. It's a huge savings over the sony one. Good buy!

I needed a back-up battery for my three year old Sony. Local retailers wanted $150.00 plus for one and then I checked out our good friends at Amazon and found one at the price would expect to pay. It charged as it should and lasted the expected time. The quality of the product, free shipping and tracking information made this product and its seller preferred vendor in my house.

Good for the money. Charge didn't last as long as I thought it would. It still worked out great for our filming.

Always buy Japanese batteries!! It's well known and respected that they make the best. Batteries made in China are absolute junk (the "hoverboards" catching fire across the country are a good example!) These batteries are made in Japan, and I have used and recharged several dozen times in the past 8 months. I'm very pleased. I did the big no-no and left them in a hot car. It drained them, but after a recharge have held their capacity and strength! Great buy!

Unfortunately, I did not have a need to use this "new" battery until just recently. When I put it in the camera it was dead. It would not even take a charge. The return deadline had already passed. Yes, it's my own fault, but it's still a little disappointing. Update: The supplier contacted me and replaced the defective battery. As noted above in my previous comment, it was my own fault, but Eric from Blue Nook took the initiative to resolve the problem and sent me a replacement at no charge. It works like a charm! Thank you!
