I get now why I have had “thin” hair. This is a total game changer. The quality of hair and thickness that happened after one container is honestly surprising. I’ve used collagen before but haven’t received the results like this. I add it to my iced or bullet proof coffee in the mornings. I love the chocolate flavor too. Save your money! The taste is terrible I should of listen to the reviews because they won’t refund your money. There’s way better ones in the store and at list if you don’t like it you can return it! It’s definitely a big waist of Money! I ended up throwing it in the trash
