Not bad but didn't tighten enough on my steering wheel to not be dangerous.
Good price, the better looking of the wheel knobs out there, if thats something you would ever write! - the only issue for me is that it would not tighten enough on my car, so I had to return it. May have been an isolated incident but it wouldn't work for me.

Pretty but not Practical and Unsafe To Use
Pretty but not PracticalThe steering wheel knob has a low profile, sufficient friction for palm of hand and easily fitted with hex spanner and screws provided. The low profile, makes it easy to flick the direction indicator with fingers with palm still in contact when the knob is fitted at 10 o’clock position when used for left hand steering and has neat appearance. However, even when fully clamped it can still rotate around the steering wheel and comes loose with the separate soft silicone sleeve popping out when you attempt to turn the steering wheel. I would need to attach additional fixings either side of the steering wheel knob to prevent this, and make it safe to use, so much for neat appearance and easy fitting. The same product sold by different companies, should be removed from the market as unsafe to use and not meeting driving safety requirements.

compact but very sharp edges on clamp
This item looks good and is very compact but the edges on the plastic where the screws connect is very sharp and will cut your finger if not super careful with hand placement. Maybe why it's advertised as suicide because it's not the safest device.
