Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte Drink Mix, Lemon Lime, 24 ct

Tastes like lemonade. It gave me energy and kept me hydrated doing yard work, including cutting and bagging grass on 90º plus days in Alabama. I fell in love with it since first using it to combat dehydration in Afghanistan. You can't go wrong with it. I mix mine a little stronger than recommended to get more of the lemonade flavor. Following the mix recommendations, I felt made it taste like deluded lemonade. Wont do yard work in summer without a quart of this being handy.

Drink this everyday. It has hem[ped me out so much. I did. not realize how dehydrated I was. Drinking just water was not helping, this has changed the way I hydrate and my body is much happier.

This is fantastic! I SWEAT when doing yard work and would come in barely able to walk. Now I set my timer, come in and drink this (even half of it), and go right back out!

Great product. Taste great. Only cautious thing is try to make sure it’s not being delivered on a hot and humid day or all the sticks are rock hard and messy to open.
