Fine Machine, Beyond Poor Customer Service
The cutter works okay for the most part. However it was severely damaged during delivery and we had to remove parts to get it to work. The stand was unusable so it has to sit on unsafe surfaces. The company has been contacted multiple times with no new parts. This is way too expensive and necessary for my company to be barely usable.

Great cutter
We cut reams of cardstock to different sizes in our business. This performs very well. Bought it to replace an old cutter that would now cost over $4000 to replace. This does an excellent job for us. The smallest it cuts is 50mm (2"). We need some 1 3/4" cuts, so we put a small 1/4" plate behind it and adjust the dimension accordingly.

Cuts really well
The instructions are a bit hard to understand, which I expect from translations. It took a while for me to figure out how to assemble the base correctly, but youtube and pictures online helped out. The base is not exceptionally sturdy, and I've had some issues with the door not sitting flush when its closed and latched. The top assembly of the machine is extremely heavy and you will definitely need at least 2 people to assemble or move it. The motor runs reasonably quiet and the blades cut through 110# index like its nothing. The safety sensors are a bit annoying at times, but they do their job very well. I also have a love/hate relationship with the 2 button operation, but again Its there for safety and does a good job at keeping all my fingers attached to my hands.Overall I am pleased with the purchase and for the price it is definitely better than some of the more well known brands.

Terrible customer service
Product broke, contacted customer service and was given the run around for weeks. No help... Would never purchase from this company again. A lot of money just to break down so quickly.

Great Machine
Great machine if you are needing to cut large stacks of paper with pretty close to perfect accuracy. I had it delivered to my residential address with no problem (home office). The delivery service called me to schedule a delivery appointment. It was delivered 1.5 weeks after I ordered it, so not too bad for heavy office equipment like this.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few minor things:1. The base of the inside of the cabinet is too short, so I couldn't screw it down because it would leave a gap on one side. Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying the manufacturer messed this up. So I just set it in there loose but won't be putting any heavy objects on it bc it isn't secured.2. The darker gray cabinet door looks kind of tacky because its a different color than the rest of the machine. It would look much more professional with all the same tone gray.Tip: Search YouTube "electric paper cutter machine" for setup and operating instructions--there are great videos that helped me set it up and start using it quickly and safely. I think they are different "models" in the videos but they are still basically the same machine. The manual that comes with it is garbage.

Short Life Span & NO way to get replacement blades
I have purchased two of these. They have a short life span. I use the cutter about 8 hours per week and the blade dulls beyond use after about 60 hours of use. (UPDATE: It is no longer possible to buy replacement blades ANYWHERE.) The machine begins to malfunction on many levels after about a year (at the rate we use it). The laser with the red light burns out; the blades will no longer remain tight, causing the machine to cut at an angle; and the mechanism which compresses the paper loses its force, resulting in the cut not going all the way through the paper. The warranty is worthless (I learned that with the second machine). Overall, I would say to look elsewhere if you require significant usage of the device. Even f0or light duty, I would avoid this machine.

First week review
We are in our first week. Here's my thoughts:1. No set up instructions. Not sure what knobs, extra circuit boards, screws, ... in the bag are for.2. Manual is very poor. Basic information is there but .... (one example: 'parts damaged in moral operation' -- I think they mean 'normal operation'). :)3. No cover means that items can get under the blade! It's a two handed push start so that helps but a cover would have been a simple addition for safety.4. No contact information for the company. No website. Nothing. Instruction manual says contact seller or a local service company. It cuts well. It holds the paper straight. One week in that what we expected for the price. Hoping it holds up over time.

Do not buy JUNK
Very Disappointed! We paid for this cutter hoping to get more work doneThis purchase happened in Feb 2020Cutter arrived with a defect in the clamp wit a very disturbingvibration moves the whole machine as if walks!!Definitely, a ream of paper will never be steady for a cut or a path of sheets it simply not a staple machine due to poor design,The motor only connected by a flange at one point so the force stop the process because of the week pointWe did not get a single job done on this cutter, after 3 months of negotiation we only refunded half price to keep the machine or resell it after the fix. They just buy time to get us off the return policy and they succeded. Now a bigger problem The flange broke! due to the cheap metal partcheap price is a cheap purchase, Do not buy JUNK
