Good to Great Quality, Great Price and Adjusting The Headlamps Vertically
Four stars on brightness because it depends on your old or new bulbs, the product is not the limitation. What I learned on Removal/Install/Adjust:There is a large finger/standard screw drive tab to depress as you (gently) push on the tab (use a flashlight if you can't see how it functions) and pull (gently) on the outer edge of your truck's upper headlamp (running light). Once free the opposite side of the headlamp is recessed with a catch tab and simply removes and the entire top assembly is free. Set aside the headlamp after counterclockwise removal of lamp light harness. The lower headlamps removes easily with simply rotating (and pulling up and out) which will remove each of the two "L" shaped metal retainers (turn ~90-180 degrees, you will feel a slight. detent as one side of each "L" has a flat side that eases disassembly and assembly) that action will release the lower headlamp after you also slip the headlamp adjuster "screw" (imagine a yellow pencil) off its tab and slightly tilt the pencil inboard toward the radiator to help it clear the bodywork as you remove the headlamp as one piece.Reverse what you just did if in a hurry using old light bulb fixtures, or do your cleaning and add the new bulbs as needed.Once all back in place follow any how to's for distance and height on low beam (and yes, there is no side to side adjustability, just vertical up and down using the "pencil" adjuster (I think an 8mm socket-type or the smaller star adjuster can will work).See Pic. The adjusting is a little counter intuitive, a clockwising turn adjusts the headlamps down, counter clockwise for up. The "pencil screw" is attached to a simple 90 degree pivoting screw system (think a socket wrench with an extension on it" that winds a threaded screw and "puck" which in turn (as it turns clockwise) pushes into a receiver in the back of the beam assembly and forces the assembly to tilt down thus a lower beam. Conversely, as you turn counter clockwise (the screw and puck unwind) the whole assembly tilts up (until it can't tilt up any further) because by that time the puck is not touching the back of the light assembly any more, the puck is not attached like if your pointing your left index finger toward the palm of your right hand (the puck). The light assembly is on a pivot system. Get it? Lowering has a greater affect than bringing the light assembly back up so don't start adjusting until you know which way you need to go (eg: just don't start cranking either way, just small steps until you understand what direction you need). It's pretty well made for what it is. Try to install when and if you can heat up the assemblies a little so the plastic has a little give when installing and maybe a little soapy water for the various tabs and retainers spots but other than that straight forward and decent non OEM replacements

Fits 1997 Chevy Venture
Installation in my 1997 Chevy Venture was straightforward with all four assemblies mating correctly with the body mounting points. No installation instructions came in the box but I later found a downloadable pdf on the Amazon page for this item. I had to enlarge the openings for the side marker lights so the bulb sockets would fit. The alignment screw adjustments were sloppy and it looked like their plastic mounts could easily break so I was careful and used hand tools only. The headlights were loose and jiggled in their brackets so I shimmed them with a couple small pieces of scrap radiator hose to take up the free play (I did this so the headlight beams wouldn’t jump around on bumpy roads). These two issues account for detracting one star in my overall rating. Both the low and high beam patterns look good with no streaky or other poor lighting effects. Seems to be reasonable quality for economy replacement parts and a great value for the price but will have to see if problems reported by others such as water intrusion, burnt plastic develop over time.

Really! Bulb already blown in less than 3mos
I bought this product back in December and installed it about a week after purchasing it. The install wasn't too bad, the look of the product was awesome, I say to myself, wow, what a great deal for the money. Well fast forward just under 3 months and one of the low beam bulbs is already blown. I can't believe it, how could it be blown this fast. I was surely thinking these bulbs would last at least 1yr or longer. Now I'm questioning if the other bulb will last, should I spend more money and buy two new bulbs or just one and hope the other one lasts longer? Do I dare buy 4 and replace all of them to avoid them all going out on me in an inconvenient time. Be advised, product looks good but the bulb quality sucks. Really, less than 3mos, Really!!!

Beautiful look
I got this for my 2013 avalanche and I do recommend. Mine come in perfect condition. Just be mindful that you do need H1 bulbs.H11 bulbs will not work.

Look Good but Bulbs burn out
They look great on our Tahoe. The included high and low beams are Halogen Bulbs that lasted 8 months before both low beams both burn out. The bulbs are replaceable but based on other reviewers experiencing the same issue I would suggest planning on having to change them or even upgrading them during the initial install.
