These are my negatives, most important first is that there is only a very small lip on the footplate and as a result my feet constantly fall off of the plate. This makes using the machine bothersome, I may even give up completely. I am going to try rowing with no straps for a while to see if I can adjust, if not I will try gluing a pair of trainers to the plate.Next up is the 100% useless app that constantly drops bluetooth connection after a couple of minutes. Thing is, if you stop and reconnect the app does not recover the session meaning your record just shows these 2/3 minute blips. Now the app also lets you select routes from Google Maps, it then plays the Street View perspective - I don't row along streets, ever!There are positives; this is a solid piece of kit, all the actions are smooth and it feels like it will last. When folded, it slots away into a corner of the home office.

Good product like using it, would recomend two to put it together as some assistance in holding parts in place to be screwed up, is sturdy and smooth in operation, arrives in two packages, so i apologise to supplier for giving them a hard time. Will need to contact them again though as mine came with two left feet with wheel attached, which means is awkward to move until one of them is replaced. Would recomend though as am enjoyingbusing it, quite quiet as well.

A good looking machine that would be wonderful if only we could use it. Unfortunately the back stop on the foot plate is so low that our feet fall off after only a few rows. We’re trying to look into solutions but right now nothing is working.On the plus side it was easy to assemble, easy to fold up and store and looks good.

The free app, to come with this is completely useless. Kinomap costs a fortune. No other apps are compatible.

The machine broke after 14 days of use. The supplier failed to do anything to remedy the position despite multiple requests. Appalling customer service. They get worse and worse. This has been dragging on for months - no refund and incredible incompetence. I am over £300 out of pocket and they treat their customers with contempt. A complete shambles.
