I have been using these for a little while for a bad back and I definitely noticed an improvement in the level of pain I am experiencing. The tablets are quite big and you just have to be careful to read the instructions. I definitely do feel they are effective.

Without having to go to prescribed painkillers I find this covers most pain relief but available without prescription

A friend told me about these as I was getting no relief from taking 2 paracetamol with 2 nurofen - I don't understand how this works SO much better! Its basically the same but seems to work in a different way. Back pain be gone!
