I ordered this punching bag as I have ripped off retainer straps from my old bag from intense workouts. Arrived folded in sealed packet. When I ordered this punch bag I was expecting a fully filled and loaded bag, I was not expecting an empty bag cover and attachments. When I looked into advert in further detail it very clearly states it's a self fill bag hence the cheap price. Fully my mistake but I'm sure others will make the same mistake, this is a self filled punch bag. For me and many others who buy a new bag is to replace an old one, does work out great value as I just removed contents from old bag and filled this new one. Bag can be set to to own personnel requirements and is more than capable for a heavy fill. Strong and robust attachments for hanging bag in your gym. Overall, bag looks amazing and very professional. Only suitable if you are going to sell fill bag. I would recommend this product.

Jumbo Huge Bull Doza Fight Wear Heavy-Duty Self-Fill Punching Bag This is certainly a monster of a punch bag, I already have an ageing heavy canvas self fill punch bag, along with a more modern ready filled Pro bag. This punch bag is far bigger than either of those, it is self fill but boy is it going to take some filling. It is recommended to fill small bags with sand and tape them together to prevent spillage, pack the bag with old clothes or material with the sand in the centre to stabilise the bag. The temptation may be to fill this completely with sand, but to be honest you would never be able to lift it off the ground as this bag is huge. My canvas bag is filled with old blankets and bedspreads, I found they work well, although a little lumpy. This bag is made from heavy gauge faux leather which does appear to be very strong and unlikely to split, it is lined with a tough canvas like material. All seams are securely stitched with no dodgy areas that I could detect. The straps that are attached to the bag along the top are folded to double thickness for extra strength, these go part way down the sides of the bag for added stability and strength. Each strap is securely stitched around the edges and is finished off with 10 metal rivets, I cannot see any way they are ever going to fail. Also supplied are a set of chromed metal chains along with chromed metal carabiner hooks for attaching to your ceiling anchor points. The chains attach to heavy duty metal links that are sewn into the hanging straps. This is a big bag which is going to be heavy once filled, you are going to need a very strong mounting point overhead, either a dedicated punch bag stand or a ceiling mount that is bolted to or around a strong beam. Overall, this is a massive punch bag that is clearly built to take some punishment - Recommended! I'm going to get the semantics out of the way first. This isn't a self-fill punchbag (despite the manufacturer describing it as such). A self-fill punchbag would be one that filled itself. What a magical thing that would be! I can reveal, though, that this Bull Doza bag has no such magical properties. You have to fill it. Now that the pedantic semantics are out of the way, I'll get to my summation of the bag. I ordered the Jumbo Huge size, which is - true to its name - huge. Not the longest bag I've ever trained on, but definitely the widest. The material is heavy-duty canvas with strong stitching at the seams. The bag is designed to hold up to 100 kg of filling. The canvas is so thick and the layers of stitching so strong, the Jumbo Huge bag can hold that sort of weight with ease. Strong steel chains and 2 carabiners are included. So once you've filled the bag to your satisfaction, all you need is somewhere to hang it. I like this Bull Doza bag. It's tough and can take a beating. Ideal for: (1) punches; (2) elbows; (3) mid-height kicks; (4) high kicks; (5) knees (but not clinch knees). No good for: low kicks or Muay Thai clinches (the bag's far too wide for clinch training). But this bag isn't designed for clinch work - there are plenty of long, narrow Muay Thai bags available specifically for that purpose. This Bull Doza bag is more for punching and mid-to-high kicking. A joy to strike. A true heavy-duty bag with chains and carabiners to match. Full marks.

Well made but a little expensive for me personally and it comes flat you have to fill it yourself (sand) so alot of faffing around but I'm sure it's all worth it.
