My error ordering this, it’s so easy to get distracted looking at all the selections for the Same item plus all the other suggestions popping up in front of us. This item cannot be used as a hot water bottle it’s just an enema bag. I had an enema bag long time ago it was half the weight of this one, easier to use. Don’t know what I was thinking getting this heavy duty appliance. Shot myself in the foot, don’t like it, seems it belongs in a hospital. Not returnable. READ CAREFULLY. If I had to do over I’d go to a medicine shop and lOOK at them first.

I've tried multiple enema kits, and this is the only one where the nozzle has come off MID-USE, spilling coffee water all over me and my carpet. I thought maybe it was a one-time thing bc I hadn't tightened it enough, but it happened 3 times before I finally gave up. I'm so frustrated because I obviously can't return it even with the shoddy craftsmanship, and now I have to spend more money that I don't have to spare. DO NOT BUY.Update: Shortly after I posted this review, the seller reached out to me and gave a refund. So 0 stars for the product, but 5 stars for customer service and standing behind their products!
