Cat window suction to window bed.
Its a very well made product. The rod they use is more than enough to support the three cats we have, and the suction is very good. Soak the suction cups in 160 degrees first and than clean your window and you will have no trouble. Very well thought out. Highly recommend this product.

This was actually my second purchase of one of these, the first was a two tier before our third cat found us (literally, he was a stray and showed up around the house).It holds well, is a big size which is great for our three cats, and is good quality.Make sure you warm up the suction cups in warm water, clean the window well, and the clean the cups with window cleaner as well before applying. It’s been holding up to our two 15lb kitties and the 11lb one as well, so definitely holds weight. Maybe not an appropriate size for a Maine Coon, but any others should be fine.

Suction cups would not stay attached
I really wanted to like this and I thought the extra suction cups would make it sturdy, but my cats did not feel comfortable using this at all. One of my cats jumped on the bottom level once and immediately jumped off. My other cat didn't want to try at all. I followed all the instructions to the tee, including soaking the suction cups in hot water and cleaning the window and cups. But even though my cats didn't use this, and I would even fold it up at night, in the morning one or more of the suction cups would be detached - including, often, the heavy duty suction cups with the knob. I do not feel confident that this would hold my cats, since it doesn't even stay attached with no cats on it.

Used hammock hangers on top
Just got it yesterday, the suction works great, all I did was wipe the window and cups with a wet cloth and squished them on, they stayed all night. Because my window has an air conditioner, I needed to shorten the top nylon supports by knotting each three times, then I replaced the top suctions with hammock hangers into the wood above the window. I took off the shade, but may add curtains later. I don't plan collapsing it, I fastened the bottom onto the wood above the air conditioner with brackets. I put a pic of it, the black and white cat on top of the triple stack, above the air conditioner, which is next to the door to the room.
