AmeriColorPistachio, 0.75 Ounce Bottle, Soft Gel Paste Food Color

Unlike other colors where I only need a few drops, I had to use 1/4 of the tiny bottle to get the pistachio color.

I mixed this color in royal icing to decorate Christmas cookies. The amount of gel you use will change the depth of the color. I made a very pretty ice green color with it. What I like about the Americolor gel food colorings is that it's easier to replicate a color you've previously made because you can squeeze out color drop by drop. When you initially open the bottle, there's a tab on the seal that you can lift up and use to peel away the seal. I recommend this product.
