STOP Buying wood foot files! This one works!!!
Seriously, this is the best foot file that I have ever used. It is a beefy file, not a flimsy wood file with peeling sandpaper. The grit on this file is dense and thick, making the file extremely effective at removing dead skin. The other side is used to give your foot a smooth surface, and your foot will glide over silk when you are finished. I can’t believe I am just now learning about this file.

Great file - use it to grind down dog toenails
I find this file makes my feet feel scratchy/rough once I'm done using it on the soles. It def removes dead skin but I need to use another pumice device after to get rid of the rough edges the file leaves before I moisturize my feet. So, not my favorite foot file. That said, I did find a good use for it: This is the most effective tool I've found to safely file my dogs nails. They're skittish due to past nail trimmings at groomers that have gone badly. This file has a heavy duty grit that allows you to file the nails more efficiently/quickly than other tools I've tried. Dremel tools make their nails too hot causing discomfort and pain if your not careful and they're very afraid of clippers (and so am I since I don't want to hurt them). This does the trick - I only use the fine grit side. The rough side is too bumpy for effective nail filing. .

Best foot file EVER!
Price might seem too high but if you want the best foot file ever made, this is the one. I’ve used this brand for 10 years and won’t change it.

Great for your feet
Works well, and the two different grit paper gives you a great choice. This is my second one I have ordered. They last a couple of years

This is a fantastic tool for getting the uglies off your feet!
Tried just about everything, and this tool works great! I’m in my 70’s but hate the dry skin on my feet between pedicures. This tool gets it all done, just tap it to release the smutz and you’re ready to go again.

Works well
I’ve used this file for years, I like that it’s very strong and doesn’t break, the rough side works really well when your feet are wet and take off all the dry skin, then turn it around to use the smooth side to smooth it all up, they say it last up to five years, but I find it only Lasts a year, but that’s because I use it almost daily to keep my feet smooth .

It works! I now have heels softer than a baby
The Flowery was highly recommended by a podiatrist so I found it on Amazon and gave it a go. It's much better than the metal cheese grater style and made a huge difference for me and my middle-aged heels. I used it twice as directed and followed up with some good ol' fashion lotion + vasoline under socks at night and I'm walking around on what look like baby feet. Now my wife wants one too.

I bought this foot file because I spend most of my days on my feet, which results in hardened skin on my heels. Not only is it unsightly, but the flaky dry skin tends to get caught in certain types of fabrics, which can be annoying. When this is the case, moisturizer isn't as effective because of the thick, hardened layers of dead skin cells. However, this tool definitely helps in improving such problem areas. In fact, this foot file has a coarse side for hard callouses, and a fine side that helps in getting rid of rough skin. But the ''triangle-ish'' shape of this foot file is really what makes it so great. The base is wide, and therefore can be used on larger-to-treat areas. Whereas the narrow end is perfect for smaller areas, where precision filing is required. The handle is sturdy, and the file can easily be washed with soap and water, rinsed off, and then, simply air dried. What's more, is that I don't need to own / buy multiple-types of foot files anymore. This one actually does it all. ~~~~~~~~ How I use It ~~~~~~~~ Soaking your feet before use will help in softening the skin. However, as I'm often in a hurry, I often skip this step and still have great results with this file. I use the wide coarse side to exfoliate the thicker hardened skin on my heels, then I switch to the narrow end to work on my toes and the balls of my feet. Lastly, I use the fine side to help smooth the problem areas, until my feet are soft. I always follow up with a rich moisturizer, by applying it all over the treated areas. The newer skin is then able to easily soak up the moisturizer, leaving my feet soft and smooth for days. I typically use this file on my feet about once a week, as standing and walking non-stop during my hospital shifts really do a number on my feet. Great purchase. Would recommend.

Has a small pointy end that no other files seem to have and this is great for targeting toe problems

This is the only file I have found that you can use on your toes (between the toes and on the bottom of toes). I soak my feet in hottish water and then use the file on the bottom of my toes for filing down corns. I would purchase again and recommend this product.
