Is diaclone twin twist worth your money?
I would like to start with saying that I never got the original mold of twin twist or topspin. This figure is one of the few very good titans return molds. Unfortunately the waist on mine doesn't like to say on which is a qc problem. Oh well not everything is perfect, but I like the transformation, and he looks better than his original titans return counterpart. I also paired mine up against the original 1984 topspin figure. Is he worth the price they're asking for him? I'm just going to say no because the original price point back in 2016 was pretty close to $16.00 and if they were asking $20.00 I'd say this is worth it due to the part needed to build the hammer but I'd wait for this to go on sale as well if you care about that.

Great figure, but being an older mold shows
Diaclone Universe Twin Twist is a reimagination of a classic figure from 1985, and possesses play features that turn it into a centerpiece in any collection. His main gimmick is being a Headmaster, allowing the user to detach his head and turn it into a smaller bot, which allows both more playability and the option to customize your figured through swapping heads. It has a simple and intuitive transformation, and features a beautiful paint job. However, Twin Twist is a redeco of a previous Titans Return Twin Twist figure, and as such, retains some of the same issues as the original. Namely, he lacks support within his thigh joints, which leads to difficulties with posing, and as an older figure, does not possess an ankle tilt. At times, his hands will pop out during transformation or posing.

Finally got a Twin Twist figure!
I got into collecting Transformers right after this guy was available, so to get a second chance was great! The color scheme is great, and at least on my copy, the tolerances are good as well.

Great update to an existing character.
Surprisingly small but still awesome. I really love these updates to the G1 Headmasters. Looks great with a simple transformation.
