Both belts used together keeps everything steady and in place, even when you're sprinting. Two years, 6 days per weeks with full duty gear and a full-sized handgun, and I haven't had any issues.

It’s loop on one side and you can choose high gloss or basket weave on the other. If you wear it underneath a duty belt, wear the loop side facing out and the Safariland duty belt has hook material that attaches the belts together.
