They don't thread properly to the lug nut studs

Same issues as most
Although the paint on mine stood up really well during installation, a couple of the other issues everyone had did occur. Received the box with them loose and 2 poking through the box wall. 3 of them were wrong thread pitch and were unusable(cross threaded one of my studs)
