Used the Repair soothing gel on my brand new hand tattoo. The tat healed beautifully and quickly. Enhance Balm refreshes my right arm's lower sleeve and helps the black and grey look crisp, and the color pop again even after sun damage.

I love the tattoo balm. I had some bumpy skin on my calf around my tattoo. This literally made it go away and smoothed my skin. I had tied several lotions claiming to heal bumpy skin and this is the only thing that worked. I also have a stress skin condition that breaks out on my neck that is extremely itchy and after 4 days its almost gone. And literally the only thing that has made it go away in the past was a prescription of prednisone. Its still there but not near as itchy or inflamed. This balm is like a miracle. The lotion is ok. I haven't used it much and I haven't used the sunblock at all yet. But the Balm is the bomb haha. And it smells really good.

This pack comes with the defend sunscreen, enhance balm, and the Repair gel. I'm going to focus on the gel first. The Repair gel is worth every penny, especially if you have new ink and going through the healing phase. **** Background: my first ink is relatively large (for a beginner) and dense with a lot of detail - it's a 4" diamond of solid color, with a lot of bright red which notorious for causing irritation. It took close to 6 hours to finish. It flaked and itched like crazy, and I was going nuts trying to sleep and not being able to scratch. My artist gave me mild soap and a similar ointment. Neither were enough. It was missing a moisturizing step in between cleaning and apply the moisture barrier. I eventually figured out that the Neutrogena blue lotion, while not tattoo-specific was the missing piece. Think about it. Ink is liquid, it needs moisturizing like crazy. This gel IS that best missing piece. Five seconds after I applied the itching was gone. Just gone. So I listened to my body and each time my wrist felt a twinge of anything, I put another coat on. It wound up being 2x-8x a day for the first few weeks. It has all the best moisturizing properties of the Neutrogena gel, plus the itch reduction. It also leaves a slight matte protective sheen that deepens the color and looks fabulous. You could probably cobble something together cheaper with aloe vera, Sarna, and a couple of other random foofy things. Just buy the damn tube and carry it with you. **** The Enhance: as others have noted, the balm is very solid and doesn't melt easily. Applying it, even gently, requires a bit of side-to-side pressure, and not advised during the healing process for new or flaking skin. **** The Defend: Like any zinc oxide, it will white things out, but fades quickly. It really helps with the burning in the sun, especially in the car. I use this every morning before going out. Put the Defend on top of it an hour or so later and you are all set for the day.

Very good product I have used a few different products for my tats and this one has been the best so far

My tattoo was driving me crazy so I ordered this. (It’s my 4th tattoo but my first fine line) Within 4 days it’s practically healed. The soothing gel took the itching away immediately. I use the balm on the others and I love it! It smells amazing! I haven’t used the sunscreen yet. But I will never use anything but Mad Rabbit on any of my tats.

This is a great kit for tattoos, never having tattoos myself was unsure about what to get. This has the basics what is needed to properly care for tattoos. It’s great for sensitive skin and healed my tattoo fairly well and kept the ink vibrant.
