We uses grills at home for bbq or hot pot. This one is very useful and sturdy. It has a hose that can switch different types of fuel gas. Very useful and works perfect!

Saw this stove recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. Got it mainly for solo camping trips and emergencies/power outages. The stove performs very well. I used an adapter hose to connect a larger 5 lb propane tank and it worked great on a camping trip. I really like the idea of dual fuel. Most of my gear runs on propane, but the convenience of butane for picnics and small excursions is a great option. Also, propane allows operation in sub-freezing temperatures (butane will not work below freezing). Gets super hot but also simmers well. Solid.

I've only used propane so far. Don't know if I'll ever use butane on it but does a great job. It puts the heat where it's supposed to be. And smallest little adjustment changes. Just that smallest little amount you can really tune it in to the temp you need. It's fairly quiet. Just halfway on the heat and you can boil a half a pound of water in about. I don't know I should time it probably I think in like 2 minutes it's boiling pretty good. Oh and I'm running off a big propane tank like for a barbecue so I have adapter hose to get it down to the small propane bottle size attachment that comes with it. It IWorks great. No issues at all.
