First bit, I was like gross, but I had a couple more and the tasty gummy bear flavor came out! Every other Gummy Bear has tasted good. In terms of nuturtional support, I could not tell if I was absoring Fiber or not, but the bottle mentions to take two with prebiotic before breakfast or a meal and I did not have the opporunity to try that. Really tasted more like candy then anything eles. Its American made and I support that, and you can get a free bottle. Its a Very Product. Fiber cant hurt you!

I was hesitant to get gummies again after the truly horrendous probiotic gummies I got a few years ago but I decided to give these a shot and I’m glad I did. I’m a vegetarian so i have to supplement my diet with a few extra vitamins. Like most vegetarians, I find I get hungry more frequently than the average meat eater and remembering that the addition of a little extra fiber can help you feel fuller for longer, I went searching for a good supplement. Pros: the taste is decent compared to some of the other gummies on the market. They don’t taste like fruit snacks by any means but they aren’t terrible. They’re a little firm but easy to chew. Most importantly, they really do help you feel fuller so you’re not snacking between meals. Cons: the recommended dose is 3 gummies so the bottle only lasts about 3 weeks if you’re taking as directed. Overall I’m happy and will be repurchasing.

These are *the* best gummies I ever had and I am a fiber gummy-snob. I must have tried twenty different brands. I look for effectiveness in regularity, gut health, taste (is a huge factor) and these taste dangerously good. Dangerously because I could easily eat an entire jar of them.
