Nice product, dose is not too high, three drops or five a day is plenty. Helps my skin and vision. Otherwise cracked skin on hands and bumpy arms. Don't take too much it's not healthy. Taste not pleasant but that is tolerable.

I am so grateful to this company :) for releasing easy to take organic label supplements. You can tell that this product is nourishing my body, I love it. It is such a simple product, Mary Ruth has a simple and practical approach to good health. I wish Mary Ruth that your company would offer all of the basic vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients in organic label! That would be super essential for everyone's at home medicine cabinet.

I like this, it tastes good and seemed to be a way to consume Vitamin A without swallowing capsules. But the instructions are to take 10 drops daily, and the liquid flows out of the dropper so fast that it is impossible to count the drops when dropping directly into my mouth, as suggested. So I drop into a spoon and take from the spoon, but since it is 'oily' It sticks to the spoon, so I don't know if I get it all.

Like all the products from this brand,natural and very good.the best part is doesn't have flavor.

I get Xerostomia often from a product that i won't disclose what it is but I use and it causes me to have uncontrollable coughing fits because my mouth will stop producing saliva. I would use cough drops but want to stop using them because I don't feel that is good for long term use for my mouth, teeth or gums. I tried sugarless chewing gum but as I get older that it not good for my fillings. I then tried sucking on sugarless candy but it is still making my enamel weaken and now i am over sensitive to hot and cold foods or drinks. I started looking up other options that will help increase my saliva and I discovered that a good vitamin to use is Vitamin A. So I looked up what would be a highly recommended product for Vitamin A and MaryRuth's Vitamin A liquid drops was at the top of the recommendation list so i thought I would give it a shot. I have been taking it for two 1/2 weeks now and so far it seems to be working excellent and I haven't had a coughing fit since taking it. I am still testing it out a little longer but I do believe I have found my solution and will recommend this product to other users and will be buying this again when it runs out.
