Comes in a sturdy box, very attractive for a hostess gift. Size is perfect for individual dipping bowls or spice/prep bowls for cooking. The terra cotta in particular is better quality than expected - not just ceramic, it has the slightly rough feel of baked clay & a rich natural terra cotta color. I liked so much I will purchase a set for myself.

These are great little pinch bowls for food prep. I like that they are colorful and made from terracotta because it matches my Mexican/Spanish kitchen decor and they are more artsy than your standard stainless steel. Despite the fact that they are wider at the top I don't find them to be wobbly or to fall over quickly. Easy to clean. There are a few drips of glaze here and there on the outside of the bowls but they add to that handmade artsy feel. For the price, I find them functional and stylish. I will likely order a second set.

I use these to organize medications, different ones for pills throughout the day. I work from home and don't need anything with a lid. Easy to grab pills with fingers. Have a couple in the kitchen for cooking. The bowels come in a cardboard box that is colorful suitable as is or wrapping for a gift and shipping bubble wrapped. The shipment came intact- no broken bowels. COLOR: I like the vibrant colors. The assortment-range of colors are pleasing to me. The colors are consistent with the ad (see pic). Note the terra-cotta ring/rim at the top of the bowel. I like the pretty contrast/blend with the colors. The inside is a glossy glazed finish. The glaze in mine were uniform, there were no blemishes / unglazed areas. The color was uniform with no thinly covered areas. SIZE:. Many reviews have remarked that these are small. THESE ARE SMALL. I have attached a picture with a ruler, get out your ruler and see if these are the correct size for you. The outside top diameter is ~2-3/4", the inside top diameter 2-1/4". Although a little rounded the bottom diameter inside is about 1". The bowel is 1" tall. It holds 1 oz (30 mL) liquid. See the 2 pics attached to note the rounded bottoms. FUNCTION: Holds 30 mL/1 oz of liquid, so pretty small, and pinch bowel is an accurate descriptor. Again, I mainly use these for pills, 4 for the time of day. Too small for cat food. More for seasoning "pinch" for cooking, minced spices like small amounts of chives or green onions, ginger, garlic. No problems with glazed inside picking up flavors and having residual smells. The bottoms are rounded, so they may roll a bit, but overall on the desk or countertop not really a problem so far. I have worried the terracotta would pick up oil and stain but have not tested this. I hand wash though and am careful to rinse the soap off well as to not stain the terra-cotta. Terracotta in general is soft, so I haven't uses the dishwasher. The glazed surface cleans readily and colors do seem not stain (haven't tried red beets though). They can stack in the cabinet/shelf, though I probably wouldn't go more than 3-4 high as they would be prone to toppling over. If used on a rough surface the terracotta, like any terracotta is prone to developing white scrape marks. Overall pleased, they are small but not "mis-advertised",great colors, no remorse for buying, 4-star though for size. A 2-4 oz size would be nice. These are great for finishing salts or dipping. I only hand wash them. I get lots of compliments on how pretty they are. They’re a little bigger than I thought but I read reviews that said they were smaller than they thought. Hm! I posted a pic with scotch tape. It might help with imagining size. The colors are vivid & still look new after many washes. I would totally buy these again or as a gift!

What can I say they ad a sense of style to your dinner table. We use them for Mexican food holding onion and jalapeno peppers. It's like we are on a cruise to Cancun terrace cotta dip bowls. You could put single person dips or sauces in them. They easy to clean but probably not waterproof. They are nice and better than just having a bottle of ketchup on the table.

I really like prepping all my ingredients for cooking before I get into the meat of the process. It makes cooking large dinners for multiple people a bit more organized and food gets on plates faster. These little bowls are great for doing that, and if your guests are in the kitchen with you it makes the cooking process just a bit more aesthetic. The glaze in the middle of the bowls is so smooth that cleaning these are a breeze. And the terracota dries extremely quick. They are also just small enough that storage is no big issue. Definitely a good item to add to the kitchen! And would make a great gift as well.

Beautiful little bowls, I leave them on our open shelves. They aren't as deep as others I have bought but are perfect for my purposes.

Perfect prepping bowls for salt, spices, chopped garlic, chillies etc. These are so beautiful that I can use them as sauce dishes for the table. They'll also make a great little gift or stocking stuffer.

Very well-packaged and safe delivery. As a kitchen connoisseur of helpful tools, these mini's are super stylish and will be helpful for all kinds of food duties. I did read a few reviews that they "rock" and don't have flat bottoms. The ones I received do so maybe they have been resigned and/or someone's idea of flat differs. I'm also a very expansive pottery admirer so these fit all my additions perfectly. As for dishwasher safe or not, I am unable to provide any feedback. Lo di como regalo en dos ocasiones porque pueden ser muy útiles y decorativas. Realmente están pensadas para tener listos y a la mano los ingredientes pequeños utilizados en una receta (especias, normalmente), pero también pueden usarse como un mero adorno en una mesita o en el escritorio de tu oficina para tener clips, post-its, tachuelas, etc.

The bowls are broken. When asked for refund, I m asked to arrange for shipment. Better to go to shops and buy than online if I have to put so much effort!
