We make carnivore buns for my husband. I can eat them too since they are gluten free. With just a few ingredients we were both pleased with the great taste. Definitely healthier than anything you can buy at the stores. Also can be used for whipped cream, coffee creamer and treats. Great value for the money. Easy to mix in and long shelf life for a quality product.

This was not cheap, but neither is the product! I bought it to make keto hot chocolate mix with and figured I'd use it as a coffee creamer also. My work provides the little Coffee Mate cups and I wanted somthing better without having to keep half & half in the communal fridge. It's very rich and is perfect for these uses and many more. With the long shelf life, I'm sure I'll find all kinds of ways to use it, especially when I'm out of heavy cream. I haven't tried whipping it yet and I may update this when I do. It is an excellent product, and I feel it is worth what I spent on it.

Works okay. Doesn't whip into whipped cream. I keep it on hand for when I run out of milk or cream. I only use it for cooking, not drinking, because it doesn't taste like fresh milk or cream when it's mixed with water. But it is powdered, so that makes sense. I have to use more than the instructions say to get the proper texture of fresh cream, so it doesn't go as far as the bag claims. It's good to have in a pinch.

This is a good, convenient product. I have purchased it several times and will purchase it again. I use this in my morning coffee and have had no issues with it. It doesn't clump up, dissolves easily and has a good flavor. It is a little pricey, but is a dollar less than the one I was using and works as well as the other brand. I will probably continue to use.

It tends to settle. Going to try processing it with my stick blender.

I wanted to love this but I can’t figure out how to dissolve it. I’ve tried their recipe, hot water, cold water, lukewarm water. Stir with blender, whisk, fork. Just took it out of the fridge where it’s been for three days with me whipping it daily and it STILL tastes grainy. You can literally taste the thousands of little grits. The flavor-while not perfect- I can live with but that grainy mouthfeel is gross.

One of the few really pure products out there with no junk added...Just awesome flavorful cream!!!
