Oh my goodness I just love this product, I can't pronounce the name of it but I love it. I use to make Italian pound cake. SOOOO yummy. This little packet is basically baking soda and vanilla mixed together but it adds a flavor that is very subtle and distinct. I put the recipe I use. The combo of the french vanilla yogurt and the Lievito Pane Defli Angeli... sooo good. Italian Pound Cake 1 6oz container of Yoplait French Vanilla Yogurt, (save the container because that will be your measuring cup.) 1 container of Vegetable Oil 2 Containers of Sugar 3 Eggs 3 Containers of Flour Zest of One Lemon 1/2 tsp of Salt 1 envelope of Pandegliangeli or 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp of vanilla extract Process, 1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, line a 9X5" loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick cooking spray. 2) In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vegetable oil and sugar, add the eggs and lemon zest and blend to combine. 3) Add the flour, salt and pandegliangeli and mix until it's all incorporated. 4) Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown on top and fully cooked through. 5) Allow to cool completely before serving.

I was raised with cakes and treats made by my blessed Italian Grandma whom would swear by PaneAngeli products. Forget about the Vanilla Extracts and buy either this alone or this and the “Vanillina” for an extra vanilla flavor boost in your recipes.

Always great quality, don’t let perforations scare you, it keeps it from caking. A value because it makes the most amazing angel food cake. Rises light and airy with a moist texture.

Prodotto arrivato bene. Qualità tradizionale di Paneangeli quindi buona. Solo spropositato il prezzo 9.90 quando dovrebbe costare circa un terzo per 10 confezioni da 16g. Colpa mia che non ho controllato meglio...
