Used the neck wrap right away! Just put it in the microwave to heat it up. It stays in place around my neck and shoulder. Very soothing. I put the eye pad in the freezer and will use it later. I highly recommend these great products.

This is the second set from Natures Approach Aromatherapy that I have purchased. They last a very very long, years! I use a light mist of water on the pad prior to heating for a moist heat. The aroma is very relaxing but not overbearing! Bought the second set for my adult son and he likes it! Relaxes the body and the mind.

They literally burst everywhere bought it twice thinking it was a bad batch but nope same issue last about a month and that was it.
