Q: Does this mix and taste well with water?

Absolutely that is all I mix it with ( alkaline water for extra electrolytes). But plain water is good too. Mixes very easily. I use a blender or shaker cup.

Q: i see some people use this for cooking - where do you get the recipes for protein muffins, pancakes, etc. with this powder?

Metabolic Nutrition makes the best protein hands down. I’ve tried tons of brands over the years. I actually have a metabolic nutrition cookbook I got years ago when vitamin shoppe used to sell their protein, I just googled it and it’s for sale on eBay. Just google metabolic nutrition cookbook. Bodybuilding.com has a lot of protein recipes too. Hope this helps!

Q: How is the Chocolate Cake flavor? Which flavor did you like most?

The chocolate cake is one of the better chocolate proteins, but it doesn't taste like cake. I prefer the strawberry over the chocolate, but both are good. I mix them with Vanilla CarbMaster milk (Kroger).
