Undoubtedly, it is very beautiful and I had such high hopes for it. It doesn’t keep drinks warm, it leaks and where you drink from is tiny and badly designed. Can’t believe just how bad it is; in fact, I’m going to see if I can get a refund as I feel it doesn’t match the description.Don’t let your head get turned by it’s gorgeous strips!!

This is beautiful, but you can’t use it. There’s minimal understanding of the physics behind it. You can’t drink easily from it, it leaks, and it doesn’t maintain the temperature at all. I wonder what it can be called because whatever it is, it’s not a mug! I’m not surprised by this brand, which generally produces poorly designed accessories. I recently had an AirPods case from them that damaged my AirPods too! 🤷‍♀️

I was looking for a new travel mug and fancied something with a bit more to it than a plain cover and found this. Unfortunately it doesn’t keep your drinks warm for long, I should have gone for the “normal” plain cover!!!

Love the look of this cup but the drinking hole cap is so brittle and stiff that it snapped as soon as I tried to open it. Really bad design.
