These cutters are designed to cut papers in the shape of a pen, and I have tried them on paper, card stock, and sticker paper. One of the things I appreciate about these cutters is that they come in a quantity of 10 for a great price. This is great because it means I have plenty of cutters on hand, and I don't have to constantly restock.
