Just what I needed
The media could not be loaded. This is just what I needed. I did leave the video as this is big enough to see on camera. It is very big if you plan on actually wearing it. But it is just what I wanted it to be and I would definitely buy it again.

Solid and heavy
I love the medal. It is a little bigger than I expected but I am still pleased. The design and quality are nice.

Lasted about one year
Beautiful medallions. Silver looks much better than the gold. The inscriptions are far more clear and stand out on the silver toned background. Yes, these are stainless steel. I like that. They wear really well, but it does start to change color tone after about a year. Gets a little bit "greenish" and worn from sweat and skin oils. Bought this 14 months ago (last June 2021), and it lasted really well until a month or so ago. I bought a total of four silver toned and one gold toned St. Benedict medallions for $5.99 each and free Prime shipping; however, I might be slightly reluctant to buy another at $7.99 a medallion (knowing they only last in more-or-less "mint condition" for about a year). Lastly, I've only worn one silver toned medallion. The other three silver medallions and one gold medallion are still in mint condition because I haven't worn them at all. They are nice pieces though. They last much longer than many other plain metal St. Benedict medals you see here on Amazon (I’ve bought a few of those too). Stainless steel does wear better on skin than most other metals. Even silver tarnishes and has to be cleaned from time to time. Only real gold never tarnishes, but a real gold medallion of this size and weight would cost at least several hundred dollars.
