This was a fantastic purchase until it wore out. It sorts perfectly and works great. However, after sorting $700 worth of coins (estimated use time of 7 hours), the clear flap inside wore down (causing more jams), and the on/off button had to be continuously pressed for all sorting thereafter - it was a permanent on/off switch prior. Overall worth the money since these machines get pricey fast. But I would love a way to order replacement parts.

It's confusing trying to figure out which of the many coin counters to get. This little machine fit my needs. Not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars, but sick of hand sorting since none of the banks will count your change any more, we went looking.This machine is just as all the reviews say - it's not nearly as fast as a bank machine, and as long as you feed it slowly and carefully watch the outflow, it works great. It's best to have 2 people, so one can carefully feed very small quantities of change, and the other monitors and assists the coins flowing into the tube. Also as suggested, buy the pre rolled tubes. It's going to take some time, allow around 40 minutes for a coffee can full of change.If you try to go faster, or fill the hopper, it will jam for sure. And be careful to align the top of each roller with the top of each tube. If you do that, and stop the filling the machine as each tube fills, each roll will be perfectly filled. This machine should last you forever as long as you aren't trying to use it as a business.

It's ok... would've have returned it after the 1st batch of coins to go through.. but you can only return if not used .. how are you supposed to know if it works unless you use it..

Recently purchased and I have already run a couple of hundred dollars worth of change through it with no jams. Works as advertised.

This machine works just fine. Jams happen often but are easily cleared. My 5yr old was enthralled for like 90 min. Worth the price right there. DO pull open drawer all the way before you turn on machine.
