Buen producto

2020 and the gyms are closed
as a personal trainer out of work due to the covid 19 shut down of gyms, it was time to travel. this set worked well in door jams , deck railing and small trees and anything else i could fine to hang it on. leg cuffs worked well too. sent small sets to clients homes for their personal use while training on skype. door anchors are heavy duty. the backpack style bag allowed me to carry dumbbells in addition to cables. cables range from 10lbs to 100lbs. the handles with the 3 slots can go up to 300lbs. unlike the cables with the medal hooks if and when the cable breaks the cable goes away from you not shooting back like a bullet.

Awesome kit! My only complaint is that I wish they had more accessories or ways to utilize the bands. The resistance on the bands is very close to some more expensive pulley systems I have used. This unit seems very well put together, and is great for when I travel.I am hopeful that the company will come out with some new equipment to use with these. Maybe some ankle straps, a flat bar (imagine benching from the floor), or something to rig the system to the bottom of a door frame where there is no door jam to keep the cables stationary.Overall, this is probably the best cable/band system I have used and I highly recommend.

It works.
I have not yet put this through it's paces, but I tried a few exercises. I'm satisfied so far having done squats and biceps, really got my heart racing. Cables and handles seem durable. As previous reviewer stated, these resistance cables are not labeled (I'll mark them myself) and there are no instructions in the box. However, it's a simple enough contraption and anyone could figure out the handles. Go to lifelineusa DOT com for more info. My travel bag is foofoo gold and I would actually be embarrassed to be seen with it, would have much preferred the basic black as pictured.I give 4 stars for initial impression of quality, docking one star for the minor cons already described. Here is what I found about the cables' weight ratings:Included with this 6-cable set:Teal R1 (10 lbs.); Purple R2 (20 lbs.); Pink R3 (30 lbs.); Maroon R4 (40 lbs.); Orange R5 (50 lbs.); Red R6 (60 lbs.);NOT included with this set, but available for separate purchase:Yellow R7 (70 lbs.); Green R8 (80 lbs.); Blue R9 (90 lbs.); Black R10 (100 lbs.)

Sturdy brands but changing them is a pain
The bands seem sturdy; No issues there, but the thicker bands are a pain to swap in and out. I usually end up forgoing the handle because of this. For this reason you may want to consider a different style. If you plan on using mostly lighter bands then there is no issue at all.
