Tastes good. It takes a while for it to build up in your system but I think it helps when strength training.

The container was shipped in an envelope with no real packing, but it arrived unharmed. It also shipped quickly and came at the time it said it would arrive. The container looks like a 1 lb tub, but it is only half full. As expected, the tiny scoop was buried at the bottom of the container. Shake it upside down to get it to move to the top. It also included a “harmless desiccant” pouch inside. I got the unflavored because I thought I might want to mix it with any liquid of choice. I first tried it with just 10 oz of plain cold water. It dissolved instantly. 👍 For being unflavored, it has a slight cranberry aftertaste which makes sense seeing that it is an ingredient. I added some apple juice and the aftertaste went away. I hate the taste of this stuff so bad, its very sour and hard to drink, for myself. I honestly haven't used it consistently because of that and although I've ordered it twice, I will not again because I just cant get past the taste.
