Make chicken for gyros on Father’s Day. The meat marinaded for 4 hours and came out so tasty and juicy! I thought it may be had to clean but let it soaked for about 5 minutes and it came out clean! Easy to put handles on. Make sure the bolts are on the outside of pan when screwing on. Pan held 12 pieces of chicken thighs and seemed very Sturdy! The sticks are very sharp. Save the red covers for storage.

My daughter and I love Greek bowls so I looked up a recipe for Greek chicken. The author suggested a vertical spit and to use an onion and bamboo skewer if I did not have one. I tried the tip and it was a big FAIL. So, I ordered this vertical spit and it arrived FAST. We have used it twice in less than a week. It is AWESOME. It has 3 vertical stainless steel spikes with rubber caps to keep from impaling yourself. It cleaned up so easily with no extra effort. The chicken breasts that I layered on the spike cooked in 75 minutes and tasted amazing. No more dry, sad chicken. I can't imagine going back to regular baking dishes or the crockpot.

I saw a yummy looking recipe online and wanted to try it but had never heard of this pan or cooking method. I decide to give it a try as I love Mediterranean foods of all kinds. I cooked a marinated chicken thigh dish using this pan and it came out exceptionally well. The pan is really well made, very solid with good weight. The posts screw in easily and are very sturdy. It was easy to clean. I will definitely be using it on a regular rotation. I would recommend this. It’s a five star product.
