It prevents contraction of muscels and distortion from comfortable positions while I sleep.
Comfortable, good quality, reasonably priced. I'm in my late seventies. I led a very exciting life and some old injuries are collecting for the exciting events. This wrist support keeps my arthritic wrist and hand from moving into and locking in painful configurations while I sleep. I sleep better and I am not awakened by wrist pain.

COMPRESSION BAR
I have a very small hand, and their s/m size glove was WAY TO SMALL. I unfortunately tried to make it fit, and it didn't work. S/M might fit a child's hand. I actually can even wear a child's glove normally but this glove is extremely SMALL.

Carpel Tunnel
Has worked wonders while working with carpel tunnel. Decided to buy this product because of the fingerless glove since my fingers would get so cold & numb. The combination of wrist support and glove has worked wonders! My wrist is no longer tired and useless after an 8hr day of typing & mouse clicks. 10/10

Not great for injury
I bought this to help my hand pain after a broken knuckle. The fingers were too tight, I was expecting gentler compression. This would probably work for arthritis or typing fatigue, but it was unusable for my purpose.

Compression glove
I don't like that it comes in only one size. This might fit a young adult, but for someone with small hands and wrists, I found it to be too tight. It should come in more than one size. One size does not suit everyone!
