If I'm stuffy they don't work as well, but I find that if I leave them in my stuffiness clears up and breathing becomes normal.

They were uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep through the night with them. Maybe I wasn’t using the right size but I quit using them.

I returned these. Just plastic tubing cut in different sizing. Not shown as pictured. I do have the ones that are shown in the picture and they work really well. This one is not the real thing!
