Such a helpful book! I'm an internal medicine intern and found the book very useful and direct especially for my level. It is very clear about the actions we should be taking and the essential information about different pathologies. I'm really glad I bought it before I started. Also, the ebook works for me and it's great because that's also really helpful when rounding so I don't have to carry the book around.

Best concise internal medicine source I have ever used, I am an internal medicine trainee in the UK and this book is easy to understand and has everything one needs to ace the residency. There is a minor difference in guidelines between countries but overall great read. Please note international edition does not contain access to the ebook but the book itself is worth every penny.

研修医時代に日本語訳に目を通しました。精神科だったので直接専門の臨床に直結するわけではありません。長期に入院している精神科の患者様達は単に精神疾患を患っているだけでなく併存して高血圧や高脂血症、糖尿病など身体疾患も持っています。多くの場合は内科医に依頼するのですけど治療の概要を把握するに役だったと思います。 この度の本書は第37版です。紙版のはオンラインで電子版も閲覧可能。それと別にKindle版もあります。改めて勉強し直しているところです。
