Shirakiku Soba Noodle Soup Base (Tsuyu) (Pack of 1)

I decided to try this, I've never had soba before and I really wanted to try it. Cut up some spring onions into the broth and I let it sit for a few minutes together. Was so good I made 2 bowls!

Excellent stuff. No need to dilute or anything. I always add cilantro, chili oil, and minced garlic for my own tastes.

My daughter ordered this for her Japanese noodles. It's straight. This means you do not have to add any water. When I lived in Japan, I also found this premaid soups helpful. I would buy the soup that you can add water to. This bottle is pour and eat. Very easy. Tastes great. For the value, I think it's expensive. I would order a soup sauce that I can add water to. The taste is the same.

I didn't like the price for small amount. I should of read the description better.Not a good value. I was only able to use once for a family meal soup.
