Perfect size, travels well. Would be great if not for the nonfunctional zipper in the inside. It didn't work from the day i bought it. Working on a warranty claim now. UPDATE, file a claim as directed by the company. Received an email notification that they had 30 days to respond. Never heard another word. It's well after 30 days and i have reached out multiple times. 4/8/23 UPDATE: They finally contacted me and are replacing my suitcase under their warranty. New one arrives today. 4/10/23 UPDATE: New suitcase has a zipper that works perfectly. I even tested it by stuffing it with jackets and the zip worked as it should. I have returned to my 5 star rating.

I bought this set about 5 months ago but didn’t want to review until it went through checking bags on a few flights. I’m delighted to report they stood up fantastically. I only checked the large one and the small one was suitable as a carry on for both Southwest and JetBlue, which was super helpful. The small one is also surprisingly roomy and I fit a LOT in it, using one of the small pockets for my liquid bag. The hard shell stood up nicely and the integrated TSA lock worked perfectly. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would buy again, but they stood up so well I don’t need to! Small note the little part on the carry one where you can charge your phone is a little gimmicky since you’d need your own portable charging battery and I’d rather use a MagSafe functioning one to charge my phone, or one with a short cord so I could keep my phone in my pocket. It’s a pretty useless feature, as it would be in any brand. I liked how high the carry on handle pulls so I never had to bend over when walking through the airport. The large one doesn’t go out super far, but since the case is large it is effectively the same height. The sizing is great. I was able to put the small on top of the large and secure with a simple luggage strap (that I would have with me anyway to identify my bags at claim) to move around with both together and another few bags for my family as well between the curb and the bag check. I didn’t check the small one but I feel confident it would hold up as well as the larger one. The value is incredible. I spent literally months looking for a set with a large enough checked bag to hold what I needed and a small one large enough to hold the rest that still fit within the most stringent airlines carryon policies.

I got matching sets for my husband and I. So cute. Great quality. Does scratch, but not easily.

I had used another Traveler's Choice model suitcase which I loved for years, But, sadly, that older model was discontinued, and I chose this model to replace my luggage. I like the size, the smoothness of the rollers, the sturdiness of the handles, the textured exterior and ribbed design. It is spacious and functional and has lasted through several international trips without incident. The main zipper and lock are also very good and sturdy. I chose the green color for easier identification on the airport luggage carousels. My only complaint is the zipper for the "zippered divider" inside is low quality and comes apart. I have not abused it by overpacking; it is an inferior zipper on the divider. This is not a deal breaker, but I am disappointed as I did not have that issue on my previous luggage (same brand, different model). Aside from that one complaint, everything else is working fine and I recommend it.

I needed to update my luggage and after much research, decided on travelers choice luggage. I looked at a variety of brands including more expensive brands such as Away. Reading the reviews of that product led me to the conclusion that even the more expensive brands are equally prone to damage so why spend the money? After cross country travel with multiple airplane transfers, the luggage held up great. They are very easy to roll, nice interior features and nest for storage.I did have a problem setting one lock. Since it was still under warranty I called customer service and they were fantastic. They quickly sent a replacement lock.Honestly, I couldn’t believe how great they were. So taking everything into consideration: the price, the quality, and customer service, I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this brand for all the above reasons.

This brand continues to be our go-to for a reason. This suitcase is fantastic. The quality-to-price ratio is amazing—it's durable and feels well-made. The size is perfect for packing for a long vacation. It's a simple, reliable, and high-value piece of luggage that does its job perfectly. Highly recommend.

Can't wait to use. Lightweight. Excited to use the built in storage cubes and compartments. The orange is fun without being too bright.

I had a traveler’s choice carry on for a decade and loved it. When the wheel finally broke on my old model I bought this one. It has been a terrible experience. The handle locks up unpredictably and will not go down fully. I have been on 6 flights now with this luggage and on 4 of the 6 flights I could not get the handle down to store the luggage in the overhead. I tried everything. Eventually I had to open the interior zipper to try to compress stuck buttons on the inside to get the handle down. Incredibly embarrassing and inconvenient to delay others on the flight dealing with this faulty luggage. The customer service number just goes to voicemail and no one at Traveler’s Choice actually picks up the line. Worst purchase.

I originally purchase one of the carry-on bags for my partner who does a lot of business travel. He absolutely loves it and uses it often. It has held up well to the stressors of the airport and baggage handling and the looong walks through Toronto airport. Because it was so great for him, when my daughter needed new luggage for college, I trusted the product and ended up buying her the full 3-piece set and it has been serving her very well on her bus travels back and forth to home. As a frequent traveller and airline employee, this product has been my go-to recommendation to other travellers and will be our family go-to when we need replacement luggage. Rolls very nicely and has a nice, comfortable handle, lots of compartments inside, handles extra baggage on top nicely as well. Haven’t used the USB charger port yet but judging by the overall quality of the luggage, I’m sure it will be just fine when we do use it.
