The fact that this watch is nice looking is really the only thing positive thing I have to say. From day one, the display has cycled through all of the options and never stayed on the one I selected. Battery life is short. The functionality is awkward. Today, the Bluetooth has disconnected and I can't for the life of me get it to reconnect. I've followed help advice, reset, but it honestly shouldn't be this difficult. Will go back to Fitbit as soon as I can. Shame because it does look really nice on. 😔

Nice looking watch and works well but battery life very poor. I’m having to charge it every couple of days so wouldn’t recommend for that reason.

Whilst the quality is good, the software is terrible. Yes I'm comparing it to a Fitbit but there are some inaccuracies with the data recording.1 - Went to bed at 10:30, slept all night, watch says I went to bed at 3:30! Has happened numerous times in the month that i've been wearing it.2 - Working from home and I normally do 2k steps, this tracker says I've done 7k!!3 - The watch face design changes all the time, whilst wearing it from the screen touching clothes.4 - Connecting the charger is fidly!5 - The heart rate tracker doesn't work half the time

Great item tells you your steps etc can see some messages and whos calling but can not answer via this. I only wanted it for the steps anyway.

Really bad smart watch very inaccurate heart monitor does not work properly either

As I have small wrists it is painful against my bones
