I headed the warnings and was gentle. I may have got rougher but it's not worth it - it will be sore later!!I ended up using it to remove some ink from top of a book's pages and smooth some wood.It worked well but didn't last. The glass is stuck to the handle via a plastic spongey layer that just flaked away and peeled off.

I suffer with very sensitive skin and have psoriasis but I was affected in any bad way. My legs are the smoothest they've been in a very long time.I used it straight onto my legs, no products, no water. Just moisturised after use.

I love this hair remover!!! I ordered it and thought, right I will not shave my legs until it comes!!! 😂😂😂 I had to wait a couple of weeks, so they were unbearably bad 😖!!But it plopped through the post today and oh my goodness... it's amazing!!I used it in fast small circular movements with hardly any pressure and it removed the hair so brilliantly!! I was wary of some reviews saying they got sore skin after using, so I decided not to press hard, and no need to.It is more time consuming than shaving but.. so worth it, especially as it exfoliates your skin at the same time!!I had to go over the same spot a couple of times on my shin and a bit near the knee to catch the odd awkward to get hairs, so I got a teeny bit red, but no soreness.After I had used it, I waited ten minutes and then put moisturiser on my legs (aveeno), got a slight sting where the tiny red patches were that I had to go over a few times on my shin etc., but that only lasted a few seconds.Half an hour later after my skin has settled, my legs now feel super amazingly smooth, it's unreal and no little red bumps from shaving anymore 🥳.I am hugely impressed and this was well worth the money and the wait, I bought the gold, it looks so cute.I rinsed it off with just hot water when I finished using it, dried the gold bit, but left the crystal bit to dry naturally!!I was dubious about buying this, but I am so glad I went for it and bought it, also went over my forearms with it gently to test it further and that took seconds, so easy... done.Very happy 😁

Took quite some time to arrive. It kinda works but you do need to use a fair amount of force and if you have sensitive skin i can see how that would really cause some damage. Luckily it wasn't too harsh on mine, just took ages and felt near enough like a workout, and I had to clean it what felt like way too many times and that's before even being done with my lower legs. Doesn't work well at all on very wobbly body parts and doesn't get around boney parts well enough.

I really wouldn’t recommend this product. Have had to give it one star just to submit the review. The ads all make it look great for hair removal but I actually feel worse using it. It was easy to use and my skin felt very smooth, but for no more than a day. The itching, burning and pain started the next day, and no matter what I used it didn’t relieve it. It had broken the skin on parts of my leg and caused it to bleed.It really irritated my skin and to be honest left it worse than it has ever been.I won’t use it again. Absolutely rubbish and a waste of money.

This product is dangerous! I honestly can't believe they can sell this! This picture doesn't even show you how bad my legs are. This is the 2nd day and my legs are still really sore and covered in raised bumps! I couldn't sleep last night because the pain was so bad!Shame on you Amazon for letting this be sold through you!

It does actually work once you use it with water and soap but it irritates the skin and kind of burns as you have to keep going over the same spot to get all the hair. It is also time consuming so probably won’t use it again

Although the product did effectively remove the hair, I came out in a spotty rash, despite the product being advertised as skin friendly and better than shaving. Aswell as the rash, my skin felt like it was burning and even hours after use i could still feel a burning sensation. Would not recommend use of this product.
