This is a nicely built, small case that holds a lot of different kinds of memory cards. It seems to seal up well and should be fairly water resistant but I haven't tested that. I like how snugly it holds the cards and how easily they can be pulled out. The custom cutouts for the card sizes are perfect and the hold is just right. I also like having the case as a catcher when everything seems to be wet except the inside of the case. It fits nicely in my bibs chest pocket or any jean pocket. I'm happy I bought it and can honestly say I haven't lost or washed a memory card since I started using it.

This looks like a hardcore tool box. So cute. It fits multiple sizes and kinds of cards so don’t hesitate to get it. Great for the price too

I needed a sturdy case to hold my SD Cards when I am out in the field. It had to be compact and durable to protect my SD Cards from the various elements and my general use. The Gorilla Case SD Card Holder checked all the boxes of features I was looking for.Good:- Super compact. Even though they show a picture of the case with size dimensions on the listing, I was surprised how compact it was.- Very rugged. The materials used are strong to the touch and feel very robust.- Anti-shock and Water Resistant. I have yet to test both of these features but I am glad they are part of the package for the case.- Rubber interior lining and each slot is cut for that specific type of card or tool.- Holds a ton of different type of cards.Bad:- This is noted in other reviews, but on some slots it is a struggle to get the SD Card placed. It is as if the slot is too small or rubber interior has expanded. Definitely a fine balance of forcing it into the slot and not damaging the SD Card during the process.Overall a very good SD Card Holder and I have peace of mind that my cards and files won't be damaged when out in the field. I would recommend.

At first glance, this case passes the weight test and feels well built. But upon closer inspection, the rubberized compartments inside lack consistency. Using the same Samsung EVO Micro SD Card as an example, it fits snugly into some storage areas. However, it won't fit into some areas even when applying pressure.In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if someone has applied too much pressure trying to make a card fit and then the plastic of the card snaps in half. I consider this a manufacturing flaw instead of a design flaw since we're dealing with extremely small fit tolerances on a storage device like this.I also don't understand ANY space for storing or carrying extra SIM Cards. Who stores old SIM Cards or carries extra SIM Cards? Members of the Impossible Mission Force? Drug Dealers? What a waste of space! This is clearly a design flaw.At least the device functions well as a central location for all of your data cards after you make backup copies of their contents. Just be careful when trying to make one fit in a space with too much force. As the old song goes: "If it don't fit, don't force it."

Good little card reader for carrying around some micro sd cards and cf cards I have.

This case is amazingly designed. It has full-functioning clasp locks and two-piece hinges that swing on a metal pin. It is manufactured better than most of the cases that come with $1,000 tools that I own.The outer shell is an extremely dense ABS plastic that has no bend or give when put under pressure. The formed dense silicon inserts that hold your cards in place sit snuggly inside the interior wall formed into the casing. Around the perimeter of the inner wall (on one side) is the seal, which is another layer of silicon rubber which seals to the other side of the case when it is closed, forming your water-tight barrier.It really does hold a nice variety of card types and the form factor is much smaller than I expected from the photos. The resemblance to a carrying briefcase is very cute.Once closed the entire case feels completely solid. If I shake it I cannot even tell there are individual components inside.I really only have mine loaded with regular SD Cards (more than 8). I can stack them on top of eachother and it actually has the potential to hold many more. Unfortunately, the inserts do not hold the cards in place very well. When I open it they fall out or into the compartments on the other side of the case when I unfold it. I do wish it put more tension on cards if you decide to stack them this way. It's not a deal-breaker, though. After all, they advertise that it only holds 8 and I am kind of pushing it.It also very nice to have all of my SD cards in a safe convenient place where I can find them (because I know where they are), instead of searching all of my desks and through bags trying to find the last place I had one. Unfortunately, the case is so small I end up searching for it sometimes too.It would be awesome if there were a larger version of this that held even more cards and USB drives or something like that. Right now I use a clutch zipper case for everything else and it is so full that it bulges at the sides and is very hard to zip closed if I don't put a lot of pressure to smoosh it down! I will gladly keep buying these Gorilla brand cases for my storage needs!

The case quality is not as expected and it is difficult to remove and put the cards while they fall sometimes from their places

A soon as I unboxed this, it reminded me of all the cases I have for my various drill bits, only in a miniature form.Years ago I bought similar cases to this, which were also waterproof but they for one type of item only, mainly batteries AA, AAA and coin cells though, although I did get a couple for CF (CompactFlash) cards, but they only held two cards, that firm has not been trading for a long time now though.This case looks really, really strong though and it is made of my all time favourite material, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene for the scientists out there !) which is used for car bumpers and motorcycle helmets, so it has to be really strong.The two halves of the case at secured by two catches that 'click to lock' and that will not accidentally come open.It says on the label it states it is for SD cards, but it is for much more than that, as it can hold 4 CF cards + 8 SD cards + 12 TF/MSD Cards, and all at the same time as they are stored in 'layers' - just genius !Each of the two sides are marked out with the name of what they can store in them, such as SIM, MSD (microSD) with the exception of the CF cards, they just go in the 'big spaces'.A silver label on the back of the case also confirms what this case will hold.I have four very, very expensive specialist SD cards, that I use in my video camera (two in the camera all the time and two spare) and I am always worrying about where they are, and are they safe, now they WILL be safe in this case, to my great relief.I also have 8 micro SD cards that I regularly use, so they can also live safely in this case now too not to mention two CF cards I have from my SLFR camera.Yes, all these in ONE case !Conclusion :A great strong waterproof case for your memory cards, and at a really, really affordable price too, what's not to like.5 stars all day long from me, a truly great and useful product !
