Zinc is a supplement I've had my eye on for a while due to its numerous benefits. I've been taking it alongside Vitamin C, as they work well together. I typically add six drops to my morning and evening water, along with 500mg of Vitamin C. The slightly bitter taste when mixed with water doesn't bother me much.However, there's one aspect I'm not thrilled about – this product contains Potassium Sorbate as a preservative. While it's considered a gentle preservative, there are Ionic Zinc options available without any preservatives.In terms of price, it's quite competitive, with a single bottle lasting around 3 months.Final Verdict: "Sweet with a hint of bitterness," both figuratively and literally.

Unfortunately I took this and within 5 minutes I was throwing up. I will try it again though with less drops.

I gave it to my kid. Its taste was quite strong and he vomited soon afterwards. He is a fussy eater so I wanted to get him some minerals: just a bit too much for his tummy.

This ionic zinc is a very good product. Better than other brands I have tried. Not sure if it’s the added trace minerals but I feel really good at the moment. These are good for working out and they seem to help with getting a better sleep. Unfortunately the taste is not great but I add my drops to my fruit flavoured water in the morning and that helps to mask it a bit. A high quality product that you can almost feel being absorbed into your system…(might just be me ). Will definitely be buying more so I recommend highly. Great product!

The benefits of zinc are too many to mention, I like it for use at bedtime alongside some other minerals and I find it works fantastically for helping me sleep. The first time I tried this I put it straight in my mouth which I wouldn't recommend doing.. It tastes pretty bad alone so definitely mix with some other liquids so you don't get the concentrated taste which is pretty strong. I like that this also contains other trace minerals so for the price I think this is really good value and would recommend.

Helps me sleep really well. Feel like I am more focused during the day. Decent expiry date. Can't wait to see how it assists immune system during the winter months. So far I am happy with improved sleep and focus from this mighty little bottle. Bit on the pricey side compared to other on the market.
