The Experiential Educator: Principles and Practices of Experiential Learning

The ELT in more detail.
This is an interesting book from Alice and David Kolb. I enjoyed reading it. The book updates the seminal work of David Kolb. The book is strongly US focussed, with references to mostly US literature, language and practice. The book links a number of aspects of experiential education to the well known experiential learning cycle (Experiential Learning Theory - ELT) and to Learning Styles. It would have been good to read more about experiential education and the principles and practice of experiential learning from a broader international perspective to include other recent writers and thinkers on this topic - as suggested in the title. A reasonably good read nevertheless.

Lots of info on Kolb's views
I bought the book as I am writing and article on experiential learning.the first few chapters give a good overview, then it goes into Kolb's model with lots of details.
