Does a good job on knives.
Good for a quick sharping. I still prefer my whetstone. I found it doesn't sharpen serrated knives at all. Has a good grip. No chance of cutting your self during sharping. I tried a pair of garment shears I had for 40 years, it did good job on them. Good buy.

If you don't mind your knoves being only marginally sharp, this is a great sharpener for you. Great idea, but poor delivery.

Works well for regular knives
works well with straight edge knives, not so well with serrated knives.

Easy to use
I have had a serrated knife set for years. I use them a lot and they were getting dull. Looking for a knife sharpener, I came across this one. It has a serrated sharpening setting! Safe and easy to use. Good quality and my knives are like new again. I even sharpened my scissors!
