Awful quality, a leg has broken during first time use, one of the bags shape has distorted and one TSA lock is broken and not working, all during first time use. Shocking. I want replacements or a refund!!

Definitely getting the bigger and the travel hand luggage. I love this suitcase. Doesn’t take much cloths though, it’s just very fancy and it’s durable.

I like the case and have bought other sizes in the range, the handle could have been made more sturdy and I’m disappointed there’s no key supplied for the lock but all in all I like the case.

I am leave this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the suitcases I recently purchased from your esteemed establishment. It deeply saddens me to inform you that the quality of the suitcases has been far from satisfactory, leading to several inconveniences during my travels. First and foremost, the overall condition of the suitcases leaves much to be desired. The material used seems to be of very poor quality, and it is evident that no attention to detail was given in their manufacturing. The suitcases appear to be flimsy and lack the necessary durability expected from such products. Furthermore, it is disheartening to mention that the lock mechanism on all the suitcases is already broken. The lock, which plays a vital role in ensuring the security of one's belongings, has clearly failed to meet its purpose. This has not only raised concerns about the safety of my possessions but has also caused me unnecessary inconvenience while attempting to secure my belongings during my travels. Additionally, I must highlight the issue with the wheels of these suitcases. Right from the beginning, the wheels have been faulty and do not roll smoothly as expected. This has resulted in significant difficulty and frustration while maneuvering the suitcases, especially in crowded airports and train stations. The poor quality of the wheels has seriously hindered the overall functionality of the suitcases, making travelling an arduous task rather than a seamless experience.

I bought the suitcase in Sep 24 and loved it it’s been great super handy and stylish. But I’m now a year or so in and the inside has just fully broken. The middle piece has come away from the stitching so doesn’t hold down the clothes side and the lining on one half has come away from the stitching also so I can see the actual plastic of the suitcase. It’s super annoying as I’ve done nothing but put clothes and toiletries in so it shouldn’t have broken that fast. Be careful if you’re a frequent traveler as stitching is not good

Bought the small suitcase for my daughter. Fits more than you would expect. It's very easy to move about and the suitcase itself is very light. Would recommend these as they are sturdy, good value for money and very easy to use. Have just get the next size up.
