This is pretty standard sewing machine oil - clear lubrication for fine motors. There is plenty of oil for years of use, and I suspect it would also work on electric shaving razors and hair cutting clippers that require high quality lubricants in small doses. The needle applicator is excellent for getting into hard to reach spots and dispensing controlled quantities. The price was as good as one might find - the rare retailers of sewing supplies (mostly disappeared during the last half-decade) can't match the price I paid for this item. I am glad it is non-staining. I over-did it and got a drip on my work from overhead gears. I replaced the screw cap and keep the needle applicator separate (together in a little leak-proof container). That should avoid the leakage some might experience - I think it makes sense to lock down the bottle and maintain a lower profile with your separate applicator handy when you need to use it. The little red applicator cap is just a little red cap while you use it; I wouldn't count on it to stay put during storage. Store the bottle upright, it's lubricant - notorious for getting by valves and screw caps laying down. Also, the plastic bottle can be squeezed - don't tempt fate in storage.

I found a vintage Singer sewing machine in my mom’s basement & watched vids on youtube on how to thread & care for it. Most important thing I took away from these vids to keep any sewing machine working is to regularly clean the lint & oil it and it will last forever. In many restoration vids, this brand of sewing machine oil was used. The long nozzle gets in those hard to reach places and it safely cleans the paint, as well as lubricates. It has very little odor and wipes away fairly easily and cleans up well with some rubbing alcohol. My Singer machines were built in 1953 and just thrifted one built in 1923, both are working like new thanks to watching how to vids and using this oil.

I bought this oil after consulting my sibling that owns a clothing company that has 10 heavy duty industrial sewing machines. Completely cleaned and lubricated my sewing machine recently. The machine runs flawlessly and amazingly quite now with this oil. As a avid skateboarder, I found out that this oil works exceptionally well as a wheel bearing lubricant. The low viscosity of this oil is perfect for bearings. I’ve tried many skateboard specific bearing oils over the last 40+yrs and this oil is as good or better than those currently on the market at a lower price. All the skateboards I own are so much faster now that I use this oil. The dispenser attachment that’s included, is perfect for getting into specific hard to reach areas of the sewing machine and also gives precise amounts of droplets. Absolutely will be buying this oil again when I need more!

Works well, pretty affordable. The biggest issue is that it yellows quite quickly. This is my second bottle and within a few months it starts turning. I’ve kept it in a dry, dark place and always have the cap on.

Works just as it should and the long needle gets makes it easy to get to the plates of my industrial embroidery machine. Will purchase again when this one is out. Zero leakage as you drip on to the needle bars and the bottle size will last me a good few months before needing to reorder.

This oil was very handy. The tip was made To reach hard to get at gears.
