Love these pans and bake ware. We purchased a full set several years ago and have enjoyed the cooking with less oils or butter, easy clean up and great looks. Read the instructions for use as there are a few tricks and no need to use high heat as the pans heat evenly and hold heat well.

I was an executive chef for the Westin Hotel chain international here in Detroit. I worked here for 20 years and I have to say that I was always a big believer in using the same quality cooking tools at home as we did in the hotel chain. It is a little bit pricier but it’s faster to use quicker to clean and safer because of the quality in craftsmanship. So yes it is a little pricier, but as the saying goes,You always get what you pay for and in this particular case it’s well worth the money. This pan completely blew me away I fully intend on buying the entire set and I am excited to check out some of their other products. I hope they have the ceramic knives that I have been looking for. I haven’t checked it out yet but if they do, those would be the items that I would purchase. So you’ll be happy to know that you can enjoy cooking again as well as cleaning your mess. This pan doesn’t leave a mess so happy cooking and cleaning. Enjoy your food as it’s meant to be cooked.

Product came in quick and has met every expectation. Truly nonstick with an even heating surface. I used this product for multiple applications and types of food with no issues. Highly recommend!

Great pan with excellent nonstick performance. Plus, it’s a good looking pan. My only reservation about this pan is that it is heavier than my other pans.
